• 1979 Quincaillerie Godin Enr. opens its doors in Namur, Quebec
• 1984 Quincaillerie Godin Enr. expands to 4,500 sq ft
• 1996 Matériaux Godin et Fils buys pre-existing Bâti-Tout in Grenville, Quebec
• 1997 Matériaux Godin et Fils expands to 6,500 sq ft
• 2003 Groupe Matériaux Godin Inc. purchase pre-existing Cash-Way Building Supplies
• 2005 Groupe Matériaux Godin Inc. expands to 11,500 sq ft
• 2010 Groupe Matériaux Godin Inc. becomes umbrella name for 3 locations
  Joined the buying group: Castle Building Centres Group Ltd.
• 2010 Groupe Matériaux Godin launches its first interactive informational website
